New Monthly Challenge for December 2020!

This month’s LearnSQL.com Monthly Challenge is now available! In December, you can test SQL skills by resolving problems for a group of co-workers who want to start a book exchange.

Is this the first time you’ve met our Monthly Challenge? LearnSQL.com delivers one SQL Challenge each month to our users. Each challenge contains from 5 to 10 SQL exercises that were prepared for those who want to practice their skills. It won't take you more than an hour to solve these tasks.

Each Challenge features a different type of business, problem, or hobby. So far, we’ve had challenges based on job searches, stars and astronomy, an auto repair shop, a bakery, pizza, popular movies, and more. The theme for December is the book exchange mentioned above.

In our December 2020 SQL Challenge, you’ll meet Jeremy and his friends/co-workers. They’ve decided to share their personal book collections so that everyone has some new reading material this winter. Jeremy has fundamental SQL knowledge, so he created a simple database for the books info. He figures that searching in the database will be easier than asking others about their books’ authors, titles, publication dates, etc. Can you help Jeremy find the answers to his friends’ questions?

If you have finished our SQL Basics course, it shouldn’t be too hard. So, don’t worry, and remember to use the hints!
